ESSENTIAL FACT
ACTIVE INVESTMENT FUND HOUSING MORTGAGE DEBT lll
(“BACKGROUND”)
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, by means of
I hereby communicate as an Essential Fact, with respect to the Fund, the
next:
1. At the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, held on 4
May 2022, it was agreed:
to.
To approve the annual account of the Fund, relating to the management and administration of the
Fund, and the corresponding financial statements.
Ratify the provisional dividends distributed against profits
net received from 2021, corresponding to M$61,806.
To appoint Mr. Patricio Eguiguren as members of the Supervisory Committee,
Don Iván Vera and Don Jorge Sepulveda;
. Approve the expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee by the amount
200 Development Units;
. To fix the remuneration of the Supervisory Committee in the amount of 15 Units
of Promotion for each session they attend with a maximum limit of 5
sessions per year;
Failure to appoint independent consultants to value the investments of the
Bottom; and
g. Appoint Grant Thornton as external auditors.
2. At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on 4
May 2022, the following agreements were adopted:
to. The amendment to Section XIl of the Rules of Procedure of the
Fund, referring to the Profit Sharing Policy;
b. The reduction of the Fund’s capital was approved, up to 100% of the
assessed contributions subscribed and paid from the Fund, in accordance with the provisions of
Article 61 of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure; and
c. The reduction of the Fund’s capital was approved, up to 100% of the
assessed contributions subscribed and paid from the Fund, in accordance with the provisions of
Article 62 of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure.
