ESSENTIAL FACT
ACTIVE INVESTMENT FUND RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE DEBT III
(“BACKGROUND”)
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, by means of this
I communicate as an Essential Fact, with respect to the Fund, that by agreement of the
The Board of Directors of the Management Company has been summoned to the following meetings of
contributors of Fondo de Inversión Activa Deuda Hipotecaria Habitacional III (the
“Fund”) administered by Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Company”), to be held on May 4, 2022, at Avenida El Bosque Norte N*
0177, 4th floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, according to the following detail:
A. Ordinary Assembly of Contributors to be held at 11:30 a.m. on 4
May 2022, in order to address the following matters:
l. Approve the annual account of the Fund to be submitted by the Company,
on the management and administration of the Fund, and the financial statements
corresponding;
2. To agree on the distribution of profits, if applicable;
3. To elect the members of the Oversight Committee;
4. Approve the budget for the expenses of the Oversight Committee;
S. To fix the remuneration of the Supervisory Committee;
6. Appoint such independent experts or valuers as may be required to
valorize the Fund’s investments, if applicable;
7. Appoint the external auditors of those registered in the Register who
for this purpose it takes the CMF, so that they rule on the Fund, within a list of three
proposed by the Supervisory Committee; and

8. In general, any matter of common interest of the Contributors that does not
is typical of an Extraordinary Assembly.
B. Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors, to be held at 12:00 noon,
immediately following the aforementioned ordinary meeting, with
the purpose of submitting the following to the consideration of the Contributors
matters:
1. Proceed with the revision and possible adjustments and modifications to Section XII
of the Internal Regulations of the Fund, referring to the Policy of Distribution of
Proceeds;
2. Decide on the decrease in the capital of the Fund, up to 100%
of the contributions subscribed and paid to the Fund, in accordance with the provisions of
by Article 61 of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund;
3. Decide on the decrease in the capital of the Fund, up to 100%
of the contributions subscribed and paid to the Fund, in accordance with the provisions of
by Article 62 of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure; and
Adopt those agreements necessary to carry out what has been resolved by the
Assembly.
The Commission for the Financial Market, through General Rule No. 435 and
Circular No. 1141, both dated March 18, 2020, authorized the companies
Special anonymous use technological means that allow to participate and vote to
distance, provided that such systems duly safeguard the rights of
contributors and the regularity of the voting process. In this context, the Board of Directors of the
Company agreed and approved the use of such technological means and procedures
necessary to prove the identity of persons participating remotely in the
assembly or its power, as the case may be, and its voting, which will be opportunely
communicated in the relevant notices and subpoenas.
