Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second clause of the
article 10 of Law 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, I hereby inform the following
You as an essential fact of the Active Investment Fund for Housing Leasing and Debt
Hipotecaria, which in a meeting of the board of directors of its administrator, Larrain Vial Activos S.A.
General Fund Administrator, held on May 18, 2023, it was agreed the
distribution of interim dividends of the Fund to Series A contributors in respect of the
21,149,032, and for Series B contributors $22,739,191, with a charge to
the Fund’s fiscal year 2023 earnings.
I also inform that the dividend payment will be paid as of December 24, 2008.
