Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second clause of the
Article 10% of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, I hereby inform
You as an essential fact of Active Investment Fund Housing Leasing and Debt
Hipotecaria, which in a board session of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Administrator of Funds, held on April 12, 2023, the
distribution of interim dividends of the Fund to Series A contributors in respect of the
amount of $ 19,558,074, and for Series B contributors $ 21,021,516, charged to
the Fund’s fiscal year 2023 earnings.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend will be paid as of the 18th of
April 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th day
before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
