From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles
9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, duly authorized as
general manager of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Rules of Procedure
Internal of the Investment Fund Larraín Vial Activa Leasing Habitacional y Deuda Hipotecaria,
The following:
Under the provisions of Article 68 BIS of Title XVII! of the Rules of Procedure
Within the Fund, the Administrator was empowered to bring reductions
mandatory and partial capital by resolution adopted by the Administrator, without
the approval of the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors is necessary, by
up to 100 per cent of the Contributions subscribed and paid to the Fund, in order to reimburse all
Contributors the proportional part of their investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on 22
February 2023, a capital decrease of the Fund was agreed, through the
decrease in the value of the fund’s quota, for the total amount of $577,782,602,
corresponding to $ 278,539,263 to the contributors of series A, and $ 299,243,339 to the
Series B contributors.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the indicated decrease will be made from the day
February 28, 2023 at the offices of the Administrator, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry on the 5th day
before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
