ACTIVE INVESTMENT FUND FOR HOUSING LEASING AND MORTGAGE DEBT
(“BACKGROUND”)
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, by means of this
I communicate as an Essential Fact, with respect to the Fund, the following:
1. At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on January 10
of 2023, the following agreements were adopted:
to. It was approved to allow the Fund Manager to make capital reductions,
mandatory for all contributors, without the need for a prior agreement adopted
in Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors; and
b. It was approved to amend the Fund’s Rules of Procedure to reflect the
New capital reduction system.
