By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and in the second paragraph of the
Article 10% of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market, I hereby inform
You as an essential fact of Active Investment Fund Housing Leasing and Debt
Hipotecaria, which in a board session of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Administrator of Funds, held on December 15, 2022, the
distribution of interim dividends of the Fund to Series A contributors in respect of the
amount of $ 77,863,057, and for Series B contributors $ 83,597,661, charged to
the Fund’s 2022 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend will be paid as of the 21st of
December 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
