Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second clause of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N”30, of this Entity, being duly authorized, by the
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Activa Leasing
Housing and Mortgage Debt, which in the board session of its administrator,
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, celebrated with 9 of
September 2022, the distribution of provisional dividends from the Fund to the
Series A contributors in the amount of $ 35,101,574, and for Series A contributors
Series B $ 37,814,123, charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the dividend will be paid as of the 15th of
September 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida
El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to
18:00 hours, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry at 5 “
business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of instalments of which they are
holders as of that date.
