ESSENTIAL FACT
INVESTMENT FUND HOUSING LEASING AND MORTGAGE DEBT

(“BACKGROUND”)
consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, by means of the
I hereby communicate as an Essential Fact, with respect to the Fund, the following:
1. At the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, held on May 2,
2022, it was agreed:
to.
Approve the annual account of the Fund, relating to management and administration
of the Fund, and the related financial statements.
Agreed to (i) ratify the provisional dividends distributed from the
Net profits received for 2021, corresponding to
$901,696,673, with such provisional dividends being imputed to the dividend
definitive, and (ii) approve the final dividend equivalent to an amount
total of Ch$1,008,711,647, to which the provisional dividend will be imputed, and
Consequence distribute 100% of the amount of net profits
distributable referred to above.
To appoint Mr. Hernán Guerrero as members of the Vigilance Committee
Hinojosa, Mr. Juan Eduardo Ferrer Silva and Mr. Patricio Eguiguren Muñoz;
Approve the expenditure budget of the Supervisory Committee by the amount
200 Development Units;
To fix the remuneration of the Supervisory Committee at the amount of 15
Development Units for each session they attend with a maximum limit
6 sessions per year; and
Appoint HLB Surlatina as external auditors.

ASSETS
2. At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 2,
2022, the following agreements were adopted:
to. The reduction of the Fund’s capital was approved, for up to 100% of the quotas
subscribed and paid, in the terms provided for in Article 67 of the Regulation
Internal Fund; and
b. The reduction of the Fund’s capital was approved, for up to 100% of the quotas
subscribed and paid, in the terms provided for in Article 68 of the Regulation
Internal Fund.
