(“BACKGROUND”)
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, by means of this
I communicate as an Essential Fact, with respect to the Fund, that by agreement of the
The Board of Directors of the Management Company has been summoned to the following meetings of
contributors of Fondo de Inversión Activa Leasing Habitacional y Deuda Hipotecaria (the
“Fund”) administered by Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Company”), to be held on May 2, 2022, at Avenida El Bosque Norte N”
0177, 3rd floor, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, according to the following detail:
A. Ordinary Assembly of Contributors to be held at 11:00 a.m. on May 2
of 2022, in order to deal with the following matters:
1.
SUNAPN
To approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Company, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund, and approve audited financial statements
for the financial year ended 31 December 2021;
Dividend distribution;
To elect the members of the Oversight Committee;
Approve the budget for the expenses of the Oversight Committee;
To fix the remuneration of the Supervisory Committee;
Designate, from a list of three candidates proposed by the Supervisory Committee, the company
of external audit for the year 2022, among those that are registered
in the Register kept for this purpose by the Financial Market Commission;
Appoint such independent experts or valuers as may be required to
valorize the Fund’s investments, if applicable; and
In general, any matter of common interest of the Contributors other than
typical of an Extraordinary Assembly.
B. Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors, to be held at 11:30 a.m.,
immediately following the aforementioned ordinary assembly, with the
