From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Law
No. 18,045 of the Securities Market, in connection with Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on the Securities Market.
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios (hereinafter, the “Law”),
being duly empowered, I hereby report to you as a fact
The Fund’s principal amount of the Global Automotive Debt Active Investment Fund II, (the “Fund”),
managed by Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Larraín Vial Activos”).
“Administrator”), that by means of an essential fact sent on this same date, number
of document 2023050210223, it was informed about the celebration of the assembly
the Fund’s extraordinary meeting of contributors on May 15, 2023, in which it rejected
the extension of the term of the Global Automotive Debt Active Investment Fund II,
on the occasion of the future expiration of its term, which will take place on 21 December
October 2023.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the aforementioned essential fact, it was erroneously stated that
“the Fund being in the process of liquidation, in accordance with the Fund’s regulations
Internal”, a situation that is not correct, since the Fund continues to be in force until the 21st day of
October 2023.
Therefore, the essential fact sent on this date, with document number
2023050210223, eliminating the reference to the Fund being in liquidation.
