From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of the Law
No. 18,045 of the Securities Market, in connection with Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 on the Securities Market.
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios (hereinafter, the “Law”),
being duly empowered, I hereby report to you as a fact
The Fund’s principal amount of the Global Automotive Debt Active Investment Fund II, (the “Fund”),
managed by Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Larrain Vial Activos”).

The following agreements, among others, were adopted at the meeting:
a) The annual account of the Fund for the management and administration of the Fund was approved, as well as the
Financial Statements for the year 2022;
b) It was noted that, since there were no net benefits received, there are no
dividends to be distributed to contributors.
c) The members of the Supervisory Committee were appointed for the 2023 term of office.
which was composed of the following persons:
(i) Pablo Diez Torres;
(ii) Manuel Oneto Fauré; and,
(iii) Joaquín Reichhardt Pereira.
d) It was agreed to set a remuneration for the members of the Supervisory Committee of
15 Unidades de Fomento for each session attended, up to a maximum of 5
paid sessions per year;
e) Approval was given to establish the expenditure budget for the Fund’s Oversight Committee.
for fiscal year 2023, up to a maximum of 200 Unidades de Fomento;
f) The external audit firm appointed as the Fund’s external audit firm for the year was
2023 to PKF Auditores Consultores Ltda; and,
g) In view of the nature of the Fund’s investments, it was agreed not to appoint appraisers or
independent valuers for the valuation of these assets in 2023.
