From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9* and 10, second paragraph, of the
Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18″ of Law No. 20.712,
being duly authorized, I hereby inform you as fact
essential of the Automotive Strategy Active Investment Fund, (the “Fund”), administered
by Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), which
the Board of Directors of the Administrator agreed on May 3, 2023 to summon the assembly
ordinary contributors of the Fund, to be held on May 15, 2023 at 12:00
hours through technological means in accordance with the provisions of the Standard of
General Character N*435 and in the Circular Letter N”1.141 of the Commission for the Market
Financial.
The matters to be dealt with in said ordinary meeting of contributors to the Fund will be the

i. Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator,
on the management and administration of the Fund, and the financial statements
corresponding to the year 2022;
ii. To elect the members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee;
iii. Approve the budget of income and expenses of the Administrator and the Committee of
Surveillance;

iv. To designate for the year 2023, from among a list of three proposed by the Committee of
Surveillance, to external audit companies of those registered in the register
that the CPM takes an opinion on the Fund for this purpose;
v. Appoint the independent expert or valuers required to
valuing the Fund’s investments; and
vi. In general, any matter of common interest of the Fund’s contributors that does not
is typical of an extraordinary assembly of contributors.
They will have the right to participate in the ordinary assembly of contributors, the holders of
dues that are registered in the register of contributors of the Fund, at midnight
of the fifth working day prior to the date of its celebration.
The classification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the celebration of
