ACTIVE INVESTMENT FUND AUTOMOTIVE STRATEGY

From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10” of the Law
N*18.045 of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18″ of Law N* 20.712 on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”,
being duly empowered, I hereby report to you as a fact
essential of the Automotive Strategy Active Investment Fund, (the “Fund”), administered
by Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, dated March 13
of 2023, the extraordinary assembly of contributors of the Fund was held, in which
adopted, inter alia, the following agreements:
a) It was agreed to modify numeral 4. “Capital reductions and exchange of quotas
that do not require the approval of the assembly of contributors”, of Title H.
RULES OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, of the Internal Regulations of the Fund, in the
sense that when capital reductions are agreed by the Administrator, and in
if one or more of the contributors of Serie A decide not to attend the aforementioned
decrease in capital, the other contributors holding quotas Series A of the Fund
can compete for a number of quotas greater than their pro-rata established at
time of such reduction, limited to the Series A quotas of the
non-competing contributors, through the reduction of the number of quotas of the
Background.
b) The new text of the Rules of Procedure was agreed, in the sense of adapting it to the
amendment of the agreed Rules of Procedure of the Fund; and
c) It was agreed to deposit the new Internal Regulations resulting from the operation
described above, in accordance with the procedure defined in the General Standard
N*365 of the Commission for the Financial Market (“CMF”).
d) The term in which the modifications agreed in the
Assembly, this being 10 working days counted from the date of deposit of the new
text of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure in the CPM.
