From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10” of the Law
N”18.045 of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18″ of Law N*20.712,
being duly authorized, I hereby inform you as fact
essential of the Automotive Strategy Active Investment Fund, (the “Fund”), administered
by Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), which
the board of directors of the Administrator agreed on February 28, 2023, to summon the assembly
extraordinary contributors of the Fund, to be held on March 13, 2023 at 11:00
through technological means in accordance with the provisions of the Character Standard
General N*435 and in Circular Letter N*1.141 of the Commission for the Financial Market.
The matters to be dealt with in said extraordinary meeting of contributors of the Fund will be the

a) Agree to the modification of numeral 4. Capital reductions and exchange of quotas that
do not require the approval of the Assembly of Contributors, paragraph 4.2, 4.4 and 4.5 of the
Title H. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE RULES of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure
on capital reductions;
b) Agree on the new text of the Rules of Procedure, in the sense of adapting it to the
amendment of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure; and
(c) Accordingly, if the change in the rights in the instalment is approved,
which appear in numeral 4. Capital decreases and exchange of quotas that do not
require the approval of the Assembly of Contributors, paragraph 4.2, 4.4 and 4.5 of the
Title H. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE RULES, of the Internal Regulations, shall be
agree to deposit the new Internal Regulations resulting from the operation
described above, in accordance with the procedure defined in the general rule
N*365 of the CMF.

d) Agree on the period in which the modifications agreed in the
Assembly.
e) Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions of
the Assembly.
They will have the right to participate in the extraordinary assembly of contributors the holders of
fees that are registered in the Register of Contributors, at midnight of the fifth
Business day prior to the date of its celebration.
The classification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the celebration of the
Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors, at the start time of the same.
