From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10
of Law No. 18,045 on Market and Securities, we communicate as an essential fact, that
the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”) at the Board of Directors meeting, held on February 15, 2023,
agreed to a distribution of provisional dividends from the Fund to contributors, for the
amount of $ 387,008,357, corresponding $ 208,185,904 for series A, $
70,975,655 for series B, $ 107,846,798 for series C charged to the profits of the
2023 financial year of the Fund.
Likewise, the aforementioned dividend will be paid as of February 21, 2023 in
the offices of the Management Company located in El Bosque Norte N” 0177, floor
3, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or by
bank transfer, to the Contributors who are registered in the registry
corresponding to the 5″ business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of installments
that they are holders on that date.
