From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10
of Law No. 18,045 on Markets and Securities, and in accordance with the information regulations
continuous contained in the General Standard N” 30 of this Entity,
We communicate as an essential fact, that the Board of Directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Fund Administrator (the “Administrator”) in board session,
Held on September 14, 2022, a dividend distribution was agreed
provisional contributions from the Fund to contributors, in the amount of $ 316,000,002,
corresponding to $ 255,781,727 for series A and $ 60,218,275 for series B, with
charge to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
Likewise, the aforementioned dividend will be paid as of September 22, 2022
at the offices of the Management Company located in El Bosque Norte N* 0177,
3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or by
bank transfer, to the Contributors who are registered in the registry
corresponding to the 5″ business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of installments
that they are holders on that date.
