From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9* and 10, second paragraph, of the
Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18″ of Law No. 20.712,
being duly authorized, I hereby inform you as fact
essential of the Automotive Strategy Active Investment Fund, (the “Fund”), administered
by Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), which
the board of directors of the Administrator agreed on September 9, 2022 to summon
extraordinary meeting of contributors of the Fund, to be held on September 26,
2022 at 10:00 a.m. through technological means in accordance with the provisions of
General Rule N”435 and Commission Circular N*1.141 for
the Financial Market.
The matters to be dealt with in said extraordinary meeting of contributors of the Fund will be the

(a) Modification of the Fund’s C quota series to modify the nominal rate
of the series, increasing it from 13% to 15% per annum on the subscribed capital and
paid, to be agreed by the contributing gentlemen, under the conditions currently
Established;
b) The modification of the term of the summons to ordinary assemblies and / or
extraordinary contributors, which must be made within a period of no less than 10 days
before the celebration of the same.
(c) To agree on the new text of the Fund’s rules of procedure, along the lines of
adapt it to the modification of the series of agreed quotas C of the Fund, if
precedent;
d) Agree to deposit the new rules of procedure of the resulting Fund
of the operation described above, in accordance with the procedure defined in the
General Character N* 365 of the Commission for the Financial Market.

e) Agree that the modifications agreed in the Assembly, if approved
by the unanimity of the quotas, begin to take effect within a period of 2 business days counted
from the date of deposit of the new text of the Fund’s rules of procedure in the register
public deposit of internal regulations of the Commission for the Financial Market
f) Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions;
of the Assembly.
