From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 9* and the second paragraph of Article 10?
of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18″ of the Law
N*20.712 on Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios (in
hereinafter, the “Law”), being duly empowered, I hereby inform
to you as an essential fact of the ACTIVE INVESTMENT FUND STRATEGY
AUTOMOTRIZ (the “Fund”), managed by Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Fund Administrator, which was held on August 19, 2022
the extraordinary assembly of contributors to the Fund, in which they were adopted,
other, the following agreements:
(a) It was agreed to create a new series of contributions, series C of the Fund, the
which will have the rights and preferences agreed by the Fund’s contributors;
(b) It was agreed to make a change to the reduction procedure
of capital and an optional procedure for the exchange of existing Series A quotas and
Series B quotas of the Fund for the new Series C quotas created for that purpose;
Cc) It was agreed to record the discrepancy between the table of
remuneration for commission for the Administrator, with the table
progressive Value Added Tax contained in Annex A of the Regulation
Internal and it was agreed to approve the corresponding rectification, indicating
correctly the remuneration percentages of the Administrator;
d) The new text of the Rules of Procedure was agreed, in the sense of adapting it
the new C series of the Fund and other agreed amendments;
e) It was agreed to deposit the new Rules of Procedure resulting from
the operation described above, in accordance with the procedure defined in the
