From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10” of the Law
N”18.045 of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18″ of Law N*20.712,
being duly authorized, I hereby inform you as fact
essential of the Automotive Strategy Active Investment Fund, (the “Fund”), administered
by Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), which
the Board of Directors of the Administrator agreed on August 9, 2022 to summon the assembly
extraordinary contributors of the Fund, to be held on August 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
through technological means in accordance with the provisions of the Character Standard
General N*435 and in Circular Letter N*1.141 of the Commission for the Financial Market.
The matters to be dealt with in said extraordinary meeting of contributors of the Fund will be the

(a) The creation of a new series of quotas C of the Fund, which will have the rights
and preferences agreed upon by the contributors;
b) Establish a modification to the procedure of capital reductions and a
optional procedure for the exchange of the Fund’s existing Series A and B quotas for
new series C quotas to be created for this purpose;
Cc) Agree on the new text of the Fund’s internal regulations, in the sense of adapting it
the new round of agreed Fund quotas, if any, and the new
deadlines for reductions in the Fund’s capital and the optional procedure
of exchange of the current quotas, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 20,712 on
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios (hereinafter, the “Law”), and their
respective regulation, approved by Supreme Decree of Finance N*129 of 2014 (in
hereinafter, the “Regulations of the Law”);

d) Agree to make the deposit of the new internal regulations of the Fund resulting from
the operation described above, in accordance with the procedure defined in the Character Standard
General N*365 of the Commission for the Financial Market.
e) Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions.
