From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of Article 10* of the
Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18 of the Law
N*20712, being duly empowered as general manager of
Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), for the
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Rules of Procedure of the Fund of
Active Investment Automotive Debt Peru, the following:
By virtue of the provisions of numeral TWO of Title X of the Internal Regulations of the
Fund, the Administrator was entitled to carry out capital reductions
of this fund without the need for any agreement of an extraordinary assembly of
contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed and paid contributions of the Fund, or
value of the contributions of the Fund, in order to return to all the Contributors the part
proportional of your investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on 21
September 2022, a capital decrease of the Fund was agreed, through the
decrease in the value of the fund’s quota, for the total amount of USD 545,805.08
corresponding USD 54,703.02 for series S, USD 141,962.84 for series R, USD
275,966.50 for series | and USD 73,172.72 for Series F.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
provisional dividend for the total amount of USD 255,405 charged to the profits of the
2022 financial year of the Fund, corresponding to the contributors of the S USD series
25,597.83 for Series R contributors, in the amount of USD 66,430.35 for
contributors of the Series |, for the amount of USD 129,136.25 and for the contributors of the
Series F, in the amount of USD 34,240.57.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the decrease in capital and dividend indicated will be
will be carried out from September 27, 2022 at the offices of the
Administrator, located at Avenida El Bosque Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes,
Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to Contributors who are
registered in the respective registry on the 5th business day prior to the date of payment, to
pro rata to the number of quotas held by them at that date.
