“Company”) that, at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on
On April 21, 2022, it was agreed, among other matters, the following:
1) Request the cancellation of the registration of the Company as issuer of securities of
debt in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market.
2) Request the cancellation of the registration of the Company’s debt securities in the
Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market.
