Ref.: Reports ESSENTIAL FACT indicating the Investment Fund HMC Global Income
Pesos, administered by HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos.
From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N* 20,712 and
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, I have come to inform you as
ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
It is communicated to the Contributors that, in Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC S.A.
General Fund Administrator, the distribution of a provisional dividend of the Fund was agreed
of Investment HMC Renta Global Pesos, charged to the results of the year 2022, amounting to the
Total sum of $53,556,882 pesos. Pursuant to the foregoing, each BP Series Contributor will receive the
sum of 4.7187478036 pesos for each quota subscribed and paid in the Fund and the Contributors of the
Series I will receive the sum of 4.8644804687 Pesos for each subscribed and paid quota that it has of said
Series in the Background.
This provisional dividend will be paid in cash and in pesos, as of April 11, 2022, in
the offices of the Administrator, located at Av. Américo Vespucio Norte number 2500, office
401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will have the right to
collect it from all Contributors registered in the Contributors’ Registry at midnight on the fifth business day
prior to the date on which payment is due. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Contributors who do so
state in writing within 3 calendar days prior to the date of payment of the dividend,
They may choose to receive all or part of the dividends that correspond to them, through quotas
released from payment of the Fund. For these purposes, the quota value of the Fund to be used in this
Capitalization will be that of the day immediately prior to the date of payment.
