In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of article 10? of Law 18,045, and
in Circular 991 of 1991 of that Commission, and being duly empowered to do so, I address
to you in order to communicate, as an Essential Fact of “4 Life Seguros de Vida S.A.”,
hereinafter the “Company” the following:
In an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held today and with the attendance of all
the directors of the society and unanimously of its members, Mr. Carlos Budnevich was appointed
Le-Fort as the new Director of the company 4 Life Seguros de Vida S.A., who took over
immediate functions, replacing the vacancy left by Mr. Guillermo Le-Fort Varela
(Q.E.P.D).
