Ref. Informs award of Public Tender for Disability Insurance and Survival 2022-
2023.
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 92 and second paragraph of Article 102 of Law 18,045,
and in Circular 991 of 1991 of that Commission, and being duly empowered to do so,
I communicate as an essential fact of “4 Life Seguros de Vida S.A.”, hereinafter the
“Company” the following:
1.- That, on Monday, April 25, 2022, the Tender Committee of the SIS 2022, dependent on
the Association of Pension Fund Administrators, communicated to my represented the
award of three fractions of Men and a fraction of Women in the tender of the
Disability and Survival Insurance carried out on April 20.
2.- The management premium rate offered by this Company corresponded to 0.039%
for men’s fractions and 0.043% for women’s fractions.
3.- The coverage period is from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.
